With all the difficulties being experienced on the HealthCare.gov Website, this is currently the suggested method of enrollment:

  • Select your county from the choices below or type it into the search box.
  • Print and fill out the appropriate application.  Your application can be mailed directly to the government at:

  • In approximately 2-4 weeks, you will receive a 12 page tax credit eligibility result from the Department of Health & Human Services.
  • The bottom of page 1 will tell you if you qualified for a tax credit, and the amount of the credit that can be used to help pay for your health insurance. On the top of page 2 you will see directions on how to enroll in a plan using your tax credit.  You can either call 1-800-318-2596, or go to Healthcare.gov/marketplace once the site is working properly.

At NO COST to you, you have the option to submit your application to our offices.  We will make sure your application has been filled out properly before sending it to the Department of Health and Human Services.  If any part of your application is incomplete or filled out improperly, we will contact you and get all the corrections made before submitting your application.  We are bound by both the HIPPA privacy laws  and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act laws concerning PHI (Protected Health Information).
